- • Business Development Representative responsible for new customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital and physical channels in the United States.
- • Proactively engage leads from marketing and product activities using diverse outreach techniques to spark interest and drive exploration of GotPhoto’s platform.
- • Help build and refine the BDR playbook from the ground up, adapting processes as the team scales across 5 countries toward 200 employees by end of 2025.
- • Serve as the first point of contact for photographers, representing the brand professionally via email, phone, virtual meetings, and trade shows to book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
- • Gather product feedback, customer needs, and industry trends to inform product and management teams about platform improvements.
- • Join a tight-knit, mission-driven team of 170+ professionals dedicated to digitalizing the photography industry and empowering photographers to focus on their craft.
- • Contribute to a sustainable, profitable business model proven by photographer success stories since 2012.
- • Grow professionally in a collaborative, feedback-rich culture with bi-annual reviews and strong emphasis on personal development.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or presales role with a proven track record in cold-contacting and prospecting.
- • Experience in a SaaS sales environment and ability to communicate the value of a software platform effectively.
- • Exceptional prospecting skills: ability to identify right contacts, craft compelling messages, and secure meetings.
- • Builder mindset: excitement for creating and adapting processes in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- • Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- • Professional, clear, and engaging communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
