- • Own the top-of-funnel for the EMEA market from our buzzing London HQ—this is a high-energy, onsite role where you will be the first human touchpoint between Freshworks and future enterprise customers, setting the tone for every relationship that follows.
- • Generate and manage a high-velocity pipeline by executing 80–120 personalised outbound touches per day across phone, email, LinkedIn, video and emerging channels; every interaction is an opportunity to educate prospects on how Freshworks’ unified customer-experience suite can transform their service, sales and marketing operations.
- • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against BANT and MEDDICC criteria within minutes, not hours, using Salesforce, Salesloft and our own Freddy AI to prioritise accounts, surface intent signals and book discovery calls for Account Executives—your pipeline hygiene directly determines regional revenue attainment.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing to design data-driven campaigns: you will A/B test messaging, provide real-time feedback on MQL quality, and iterate sequences that resonate with IT, CX and Operations leaders across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- • Map complex buying groups in target accounts, identifying champions, influencers and economic buyers; build multi-threaded relationships so that when procurement cycles begin, Freshworks is already the preferred vendor.
- • Deliver crisp, compelling product demos and business-value stories that translate technical features into ROI, reducing sales-cycle length by up to 30 % for opportunities you source.
- • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene—every call, email and meeting is logged with next steps and buying-stage tags—enabling accurate forecasting and giving leadership real-time visibility into EMEA pipeline health.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement engine: surface competitive intel, objection trends and market feedback to Product Marketing; co-author battle cards and objection-handling guides that elevate the entire sales organisation.
- • Exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline-generation and meeting-setting quotas as an individual contributor while mentoring new BDRs through shadow sessions, call reviews and best-practice sharing.
- • Become a brand ambassador at industry events, webinars and customer roundtables, amplifying the Freshworks story and expanding your network of future champions.
- • Embrace a culture of experimentation: test new channels (WhatsApp Business, Drift chat, intent-based gifting), measure lift and scale what works—your creativity directly shapes the next evolution of our outbound playbook.
- • Report weekly on KPIs—dials, connects, conversion rates, pipeline value, stage velocity—using dashboards you build in Salesforce and Tableau; present findings to Sales, Marketing and RevOps leadership and recommend data-backed optimisations.
- • Celebrate wins and learn from losses in our open, feedback-rich environment; participate in daily stand-ups, weekly pipeline clinics and quarterly SKOs where top performers are recognised on the global stage.
