📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Representative at GoTo, you will be the first dedicated SDR in Mexico, responsible for owning inbound and outbound lead qualification, building pipeline from scratch, and driving revenue growth in the LATAM market through strategic prospecting and data-informed outreach.
- • Your day-to-day will involve conducting structured discovery conversations to assess lead fit, pain points, and urgency; prioritizing accounts using CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Lusha; executing multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold email, calling, LinkedIn); and collaborating with RPSMs to ensure smooth opportunity handoffs while sharing market intelligence to improve team effectiveness.
- • You’ll join GoTo’s Sales team, which connects businesses with technology solutions that simplify and empower daily operations, leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance prospecting, personalize outreach, and deliver measurable results in an innovative, customer-obsessed culture.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B sales strategy, pipeline generation, and sales technology optimization; gain hands-on experience building outbound motions from scratch in a new market; strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills; and grow your career in a supportive environment that values continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.
