- • As a Business Development Representative at Wealth.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by managing high-volume inbound leads and executing strategic outbound prospecting to expand the client base in the wealth management sector. Your work directly supports the mission of modernizing estate planning delivery for over 1,000 financial institutions, contributing to measurable client impact and reinforcing Wealth.com’s position as an industry-leading, tech-enabled platform trusted by top names in finance.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on lead conversion strategies, ensuring seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and consistent messaging that reflects the platform’s AI-driven, secure, and legally robust value proposition. Your efforts will focus on generating qualified meetings, building pipeline within targeted accounts, and maintaining a high-velocity outreach cadence across phone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize conversion efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing against individual monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls assigned to quota-carrying sales reps; leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach.io, Zoominfo) to track and nurture opportunities; managing target account lists and executing demand generation plans; conducting cold calling, personalized email outreach, and social selling to uncover new opportunities; and staying current on fintech trends and competitive developments to articulate product value with credibility.
- • You will partner with Sales and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis to refine outreach tactics, improve lead quality, and support data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market function. This role emphasizes a client-first mindset, requiring you to prioritize prospect needs, deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process, and build trust through consultative, value-based conversations that align with Wealth.com’s end-to-end estate planning solutions.
- • Wealth.com fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative culture recognized as a Great Place to Work for 2025. As part of a mission-driven team, you’ll gain deep exposure to the intersection of financial technology, legal expertise, and AI-powered estate planning—developing advanced SaaS sales skills, mastering enterprise prospecting tools, and gaining insight into complex wealth management workflows. This role offers clear pathways for career progression into quota-carrying sales, sales operations, or sales enablement positions, allowing you to grow your impact while contributing to a company shaping the future of legacy planning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- • 3 years of experience in SaaS business development, sales development, or a related sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo for CRM management, sales engagement, and prospecting
- • Demonstrated success in managing both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting campaigns
- • Strong skills in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling via LinkedIn and other platforms
