  • • Engage U.S.-based executives including CMOs, VPs of Marketing, CEOs, and Founders through outbound phone calls to initiate high-quality discovery conversations.
  • • Conduct concise, value-driven outreach focused on identifying prospect needs, authority, timing, and strategic fit to qualify leads for the sales leadership team.
  • • Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring seamless handoffs with accurate context and documentation.
  • • Log detailed notes, insights, and next steps in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to maintain a clean, actionable sales pipeline.
  • • Handle objections confidently and professionally, advancing conversations toward scheduled appointments without relying on scripted pitches.
  • • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine talk tracks, objection-handling techniques, and outreach messaging aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • • Maintain consistent, organized records of all prospect interactions to support pipeline visibility and team accountability.
  • • Operate within U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST) to ensure real-time alignment with client time zones and responsiveness.
  • • Work in a phone-first sales environment requiring resilience, adaptability, and responsiveness to feedback and coaching.
  • • Apply consultative sales frameworks such as Sandler, Challenger, GAP Selling, or MEDDICC to drive insight-led discovery conversations.
  • • Leverage bilingual Spanish/English communication skills (if applicable) to enhance outreach effectiveness with diverse U.S. prospects.
  • • Contribute to the growth of a scaling sales organization by consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • • Support a sales philosophy centered on deep understanding of client challenges, using reflection and storytelling to build trust and shorten sales cycles.
  • • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize outreach, manage multiple prospects, and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • • Receive and act on feedback from leadership to continuously improve communication, pacing, and conversion rates in outbound conversations.
  • • Participate in team alignment sessions to ensure outreach strategies reflect evolving product positioning and market demands.
  • • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all client interactions, earning positive feedback from leadership and peers on communication quality.
  • • Record and analyze call outcomes to identify patterns, refine targeting, and improve overall conversion efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, specifically targeting the U.S. market
  • • Experience selling complex services such as consulting, marketing, creative, or agency services
  • • Proficiency with CRM tools including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
  • • Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, GAP Selling, MEDDICC)
  • • Ability to conduct insight-led discovery and executive-level conversations
