Perfect Venue is seeking ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our founding sales team and spearhead our outbound sales efforts. As a BDR, you will be instrumental in fueling this growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive outbound sales by leveraging and enhancing our existing prospecting strategies. You will take the established outbound playbook, currently utilized by Account Executives, and elevate it to the next level. This involves meticulously building targeted prospect lists, refining outreach scripts for maximum impact, conducting A/B testing on email and messaging templates to optimize engagement, and fostering seamless coordination with our Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- • You will work in close collaboration with the company's leadership, including the CEO, Director of Sales, and the BDR Lead, to successfully launch and scale the BDR function. This cross-functional engagement ensures that your efforts are strategically aligned with the company's overall objectives and market approach.
- • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences and supports lead generation efforts. Close coordination with the sales team is essential for providing them with high-quality, well-vetted leads. Furthermore, you will interface with the engineering team to provide valuable market feedback, helping to shape the future development of our product.
- • A critical component of your role will be the diligent use of HubSpot, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for maintaining robust and accurate contact and company lists, ensuring that all prospect interactions and data are meticulously recorded. This data integrity is vital for tracking progress, analyzing performance, and informing future sales strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 1 year of proven outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or Outside Sales Representative), with a strong preference for experience selling to Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs) and/or the hospitality sector.
- • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating a high volume of quality leads.
- • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales productivity and drive growth.
- • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for lead management and sales tracking.
