📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Luminovo in New York, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s North American market expansion by owning the top of the sales funnel and generating qualified pipeline for Account Executives through strategic outbound outreach in the B2B SaaS electronics supply chain space.
- • You will execute multichannel outbound campaigns using email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage technical buyers in the electronics manufacturing and hardware industries, leveraging tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build highly targeted lead lists and drive meaningful conversations.
- • Your day-to-day will involve running cold call sequences, qualifying prospects against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), documenting insights, and handing off warm opportunities to Account Executives with clear context and clean CRM notes to ensure seamless transitions.
- • You will track your own performance metrics — including activity volumes, response rates, and conversion ratios — and share frontline insights with sales and marketing leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and overall go-to-market strategy.
- • Working closely with the North American sales leadership team — including the Sales Lead for North America, the Account Executive for Canada and Western US, and the Business & Operations Lead — you’ll gain direct exposure to a high-growth, international scaleup environment where your contributions directly impact market entry success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, or equivalent internship experience combined with strong motivation to break into tech sales
- • Proven comfort with outbound outreach, including cold calling and handling rejection, with persistence and resilience as key traits
- • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or Lusha for list building and sequencing
- • Interest in or curiosity about electronics, manufacturing, or hardware industries — bonus if you have prior exposure or academic background in these areas
- • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and adapt messaging to technical buyers
- • Self-starter mindset with ownership mentality — capable of managing your own pipeline, tracking metrics, and initiating improvements without constant oversight
