📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) on Unity’s new Industry Accounts team, you will help build the sales playbook from the ground up by prospecting untapped territories, uncovering new logos, and supporting expansion in existing accounts across automotive, healthcare, retail, and government industries.
- • Day to day, you will prospect across large territories using phone, email, LinkedIn, and events; research target accounts and decision makers; write and A/B test messaging; qualify inbound leads; maintain Salesforce and Outreach records; partner with Account Executives and Marketing on territory plans and event follow-up; and track key metrics to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- • You’ll join a pioneering team at Unity Technologies, the world’s leading game engine powering interactive 3D experiences for over 3 billion monthly users, where you’ll contribute to expanding Unity’s reach beyond gaming into enterprise industries through innovative 3D solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop core sales skills in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales technology while gaining deep exposure to how real-time 3D technology drives business outcomes—positioning you for a clear career path into sales, partnerships, or account management within a fast-moving, innovative global company.
