- • Leverage firsthand experience in chiropractic practice operations to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for Prompt’s EMR software solutions in the rehab therapy sector.
- • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social media to generate qualified leads among chiropractic clinics and rehab therapy practices.
- • Schedule product demonstrations by uncovering prospect pain points during initial conversations and clearly articulating how Prompt’s software improves patient care, increases practice revenue, and reduces administrative overhead.
- • Serve as a product evangelist by mastering the full capabilities of Prompt’s EMR platform to communicate complex features in simple, relatable terms before any sales conversation.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads smoothly into the sales pipeline and ensure seamless demo coordination.
- • Work in tandem with marketing and product teams to provide field insights that inform sales strategy, messaging, and product enhancements.
- • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and educational workshops to expand professional network and stay current on trends in chiropractic and rehab therapy practices.
- • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, outreach efforts, and pipeline progress within CRM systems to support sales forecasting and team alignment.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of chiropractic workflow, billing, documentation, and regulatory requirements to build credibility and trust with healthcare professionals.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving market conditions, product updates, and sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- • Operate in a hybrid model if located within 50 miles of Prompt’s Hoboken, NJ headquarters; remote work is available for applicants outside this radius.
🎯 Requirements
- • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) credential, Chiropractic Assistant experience, or direct experience working in a chiropractic practice with operational familiarity
- • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within healthcare technology
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport and explain technical solutions clearly
- • Strong commitment to thoroughly learning and mastering Prompt’s EMR product before engaging prospects
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with evolving priorities and market demands
