- ⢠As a Business Development Representative at 1Password, you will play a critical role in driving sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting, directly contributing to the companyās mission of enabling secure, productive digital experiences for businesses worldwide.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting outbound prospecting via email, cold calling, video, and social outreach; collaborating with Account Executives to target new and existing accounts; leveraging tools like Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; and continuously refining your approach through experimentation and feedback.

- ⢠1+ years of relevant professional experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching
- ⢠Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- ⢠Strong proficiency using Salesforce and Outreach
- ⢠Strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- ⢠Ability to interpret changing conditions, adapt to ambiguity, and leverage resources strategically
- ⢠Strong sense of curiosity to identify customer initiatives, challenges, and key decision makers
