- • Business Development Representative - EMEA (French Speaking) at OpenAI, a strategic launchpad for future enterprise sellers focused on identifying, shaping, and advancing complex enterprise opportunities by turning product usage, pilots, and inbound demand into qualified, high-conviction deals for Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Account Directors on account strategy and multi-threading, designing and executing targeted outbound strategies using industry context and stakeholder mapping, leading high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities and map stakeholders, contributing to pipeline reviews with outbound activity and account insights, and building AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.
- • OpenAI’s Enterprise Go-To-Market organization partners with global enterprises in Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail to deploy AI solutions at scale, with Business Development serving as the critical frontline function that transforms technical curiosity and early product signals into enterprise-wide adoption.
- • The role offers accelerated career progression into enterprise sales, deep exposure to product and customer strategy, and the opportunity to develop core skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication while building expertise in how leading companies adopt AI in regulated, complex environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or strategic customer-facing roles in finance or consulting
- • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
- • Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail
- • Strong communication skills and executive presence with ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and technical buyers
- • Fluency in French (required for EMEA market focus)
- • Strong interest in AI landscape and ability to connect OpenAI products to customer value and business outcomes
