- • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Optro Inc., you will serve as the initial face of the company, driving pipeline growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in the EMEA region, directly supporting Account Executives and fueling the company’s continued expansion as a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making 50+ outbound phone calls and 60+ outbound emails daily, leveraging sales technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and UserGems to manage pipeline, owning your named accounts and territory, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce, supporting marketing demand generation campaigns, and achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly metrics on sales activities, meetings set, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected.

- • In this role, you will develop foundational SaaS sales skills, gain hands-on experience with industry-leading sales tools, learn to execute strategic outbound campaigns, build long-term customer relationships, and position yourself for career advancement within Optro’s revenue organization, with opportunities to grow into senior sales or account executive roles based on performance.
