📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Representative for Intercom's Emerging AI Products, you will drive revenue growth by generating pipeline for Intercom's Customer Agent and Sales Agent solutions, playing a foundational role in the sales organization's success.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Account Executives to build strategic target account lists using firmographics, technographics, and intent data; engage prospects and existing customers across the sales funnel; operate in both high-velocity and complex sales cycles; develop deep product expertise to articulate value; and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve pipeline generation and conversion.
- • You will join Intercom, the AI Customer Service company trusted by nearly 30,000 global businesses, known for its AI agent Fin and Customer Service Suite, and driven by core values of pushing boundaries, building with speed and intensity, and delivering incredible customer value.
