- • Join Jitterbit as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and become the spark that ignites our next wave of growth. You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, acting as the first human touchpoint for prospects across Europe who are looking to solve complex integration and automation challenges. Your mission is to turn curiosity into commitment by translating Jitterbit’s hyper-automation platform into clear, compelling business value for every stakeholder you meet.
- • From day one you will be immersed in a structured ramp-up that fast-tracks your fluency in Jitterbit’s value proposition, competitive landscape, and proven outreach methodology. Within 30 days you will master Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator so you can identify, enrich, and sequence high-value accounts with precision. You will shadow senior sellers, dissect win stories, and rehearse objection handling until you can articulate how Jitterbit eliminates data silos, accelerates digital transformation, and reduces total cost of ownership.
- • You will own a named territory of net-new logos across the DACH and broader European markets. Using intent data, technographics, and trigger events, you will build a dynamic target list and craft hyper-personalized outreach that speaks directly to each prospect’s strategic initiatives—whether they are modernizing legacy ERP, launching new e-commerce channels, or consolidating post-merger IT stacks. Expect to place 60+ calls and send 120+ tailored emails per week, all tracked and optimized in Salesloft cadences.
- • Pipeline generation is your North Star. You will convert cold prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that meet strict BANT criteria and map to clear use cases such as real-time order-to-cash automation, cloud-to-on-prem synchronisation, or citizen-integrator self-service. You will exceed a monthly SQL quota of 12–15 qualified meetings and document every interaction in Salesforce so that account executives can advance deals with full context.
- • Collaboration is constant. You will partner with demand-gen to refine messaging based on campaign performance, with product marketing to beta-test new talk tracks, and with sales engineers to tailor demo storyboards. Weekly pipeline councils will see you present trends, competitive intelligence, and creative tactics that elevate the entire GTM engine.
- • Continuous learning is baked into the role. Each quarter you will complete micro-certifications on new Jitterbit features—API creation, low-code workflow design, AI-powered insights—and immediately translate those capabilities into fresh outbound angles. You will also maintain a living battlecard that positions Jitterbit against MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, and Zapier, ensuring prospects understand our unique speed-to-value advantage.
- • Success is measured by more than numbers. You will champion prospect feedback into our product roadmap, influence pricing strategy based on perceived value, and mentor future BDRs as the team scales. High performers earn fast-track promotion to Senior BDR, Inside Sales Rep, or Field AE within 12–18 months.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level English and professional fluency in German (spoken & written) to engage DACH prospects authentically
- • 1+ years of outbound B2B SaaS prospecting experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly SQL or meeting quotas
- • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM and at least one sales engagement platform (Salesloft, Outreach, or HubSpot Sequences)
- • Strong business acumen—you can map software capabilities to KPIs such as cost reduction, revenue acceleration, or risk mitigation
- • Resilience and coachability: you welcome real-time feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain high energy through rejection cycles
- • Nice-to-have: prior exposure to integration, iPaaS, or middleware concepts; familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent data tools
