You will architect, run, and relentlessly optimise the automated outreach machine that turns cold prospects into qualified pipeline, directly fuelling our 40-country expansion.
- • Design and continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas by analysing firmographics, technographics, and intent signals. Translate these insights into laser-focused segmentation inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring every message lands in the right inbox at the right moment.
- • Build hyper-targeted, high-quality prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, 6sense, and advanced Boolean queries. Balance quantity with quality—your lists should yield enterprise logos, not dead ends.
- • Craft multichannel sequences that blend automated email, LinkedIn touches, and high-impact manual calls. Configure conditional logic, exit triggers, and adaptive branching so the system behaves like a thoughtful human, scaling personalisation without sacrificing authenticity.
- • Engineer AI-driven personalisation at scale: write prompts that feed LLMs with CRM data to generate icebreakers, pain-point hooks, and contextual snippets that mirror Storyly’s playful yet authoritative tone. A/B test prompt variations weekly to lift open, reply, and meeting-set rates.
- • Safeguard deliverability and compliance. Warm up domains, monitor SPF/DKIM/DMARC health, throttle sends, and stay within LinkedIn automation limits and GDPR/CCPA guidelines. Your vigilance keeps our reputation—and revenue—intact.
- • Spin up low-code integrations via Zapier, n8n, or Make to sync enriched lead data, trigger Slack alerts, and auto-create CRM tasks. Eliminate manual grunt work so the team can focus on closing deals.
- • Run rigorous experiments: subject lines, send-time windows, sequence length, CTA placement, and channel mix. Present statistically significant findings every sprint and translate them into playbooks the global SDR team can replicate.
- • Build AI auto-responders that qualify inbound replies, handle objections, and book meetings directly onto Sales Directors’ calendars. Monitor conversation quality and retrain models as new objections surface.
- • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene—every lead, contact, and activity timestamped, enriched, and tagged. Generate weekly pipeline reports for Marketing, Biz-Dev, and Sales leadership, spotlighting trends and bottlenecks before they hurt revenue.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Marketing to translate feature launches into fresh outbound angles. When Storyly ships shoppable stories or interactive polls, you’re first to craft the buzz-worthy narrative that lands Fortune-500 demos.
- • Champion a culture of data obsession. Build dashboards in Google Sheets or BI tools that track open rates, reply rates, SQO conversion, and cost-per-lead. Share wins, losses, and wild hypotheses openly in our #sdr-lab Slack channel.
- • Mentor junior SDRs and share your automation blueprints across our eight-country remote team. Your documentation becomes the global standard that scales Storyly’s growth engine far beyond Istanbul.
