- • Own the first mile of Vendavo’s enterprise revenue engine. You will be the tip-of-the-spear for the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors, initiating high-value conversations that convert into multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities.
- • Master strategic outbound prospecting. 70-80 % of your quota will come from your own research-driven campaigns—cold calls, hyper-personalized emails, multi-touch LinkedIn sequences, and creative social touches—targeting Fortune 1000 accounts that match Vendavo’s Ideal Customer Profile.
- • Turn data into dialogue. Before every touch you will map economic buyers, technical champions, and competitive landscapes; translate financial reports, earnings calls, and industry trends into crisp messaging that proves you understand each prospect’s margin-leakage or pricing-complexity pain.
- • Qualify ruthlessly, hand off cleanly. Using MEDDICC-style discovery you will uncover budget, authority, need, and timing; document every insight in Salesforce; and schedule high-yield meetings for Account Executives with full context so deals advance at lightning speed.
- • Co-pilot integrated marketing motions. You will align with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to pre-target event attendees, craft follow-up sequences for webinar leads, and feed real-time field intelligence back into campaign design.
- • Champion best-in-class tooling. You will test and operationalize the latest AI prospecting tools, intent-data platforms, and sales-engagement cadences—then teach the broader SDR pod how to replicate your success during weekly knowledge shares.
- • Mentor the next generation. As a Senior SDR you will buddy with new hires, shadow their first calls, role-play objection handling, and build onboarding assets that cut ramp time by 25 %.
- • Report like a revenue analyst. You will own dashboards that track activity, conversion, pipeline creation, and forecast accuracy; present findings to Sales Leadership every Monday and recommend process tweaks that move the entire GTM org forward.
