- • Own the top-of-funnel engine for Jitterbit’s fastest-growing product lines, generating qualified pipeline that fuels our global expansion. You will be the first human touchpoint for Fortune 1000 prospects, translating complex integration challenges into compelling business outcomes.
- • Run a disciplined, data-driven outreach motion across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video, averaging 60–80 touches per day while maintaining a 30%+ open rate and 10%+ reply rate. You will build and refine sequences in Outreach.io, A/B test subject lines, and iterate messaging based on real-time engagement analytics.
- • Research and map target accounts using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense to identify economic buyers, technical champions, and trigger events. You will maintain 150+ accounts per quarter, scoring them on propensity to buy and aligning outreach to strategic initiatives such as ERP modernization, API monetization, or AI-driven automation.
- • Qualify inbound MQLs within 15 minutes of arrival, leveraging MEDDICC and BANT frameworks to uncover pain, quantify impact, and secure next-step meetings for Account Executives. You will book 15–20 discovery calls per month with VP-level and above decision makers.
- • Collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in stand-ups and pipeline councils, surfacing market feedback that shapes roadmap priorities and campaign themes. You will act as the voice of the prospect, ensuring every asset—from whitepapers to webinars—speaks directly to buyer pain points.
- • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene in Salesforce, logging activities, updating contact roles, and forecasting pipeline contribution with 95%+ accuracy. You will build dashboards that reveal conversion rates, cycle times, and revenue influence, turning raw data into actionable insights.
- • Contribute to the evolution of our sales playbooks and objection-handling guides, documenting winning talk tracks and sharing best practices across the global BDR team. You will mentor new hires during their first 90 days, accelerating ramp time and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly pipeline targets of $1.5M ARR while sustaining a 3:1 meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate. Your performance will directly impact Jitterbit’s ability to hit corporate revenue goals and secure Series D funding milestones.
- • Participate in industry events, virtual roundtables, and customer advisory boards to expand your network and deepen domain expertise in iPaaS, API management, and low-code automation. You will become a trusted advisor who can articulate how Jitterbit’s Harmony platform unifies data, applications, and processes at scale.
- • Embrace a growth mindset by completing Jitterbit University certifications, attending Gong call-reviews, and seeking mentorship from top-performing AEs. You will graduate into an Account Executive or Strategic Customer Success role within 12–18 months, equipped with the skills to own seven-figure deals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of quota-carrying outbound sales or business development experience in SaaS, preferably selling integration, automation, or enterprise software solutions.
- • Proven track record of booking 15+ qualified meetings per month and generating $500K+ pipeline quarterly; metrics will be validated through references and CRM screenshots.
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach.io (or similar sequencing tools), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo; must be comfortable building reports and dashboards.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent military or professional experience welcomed.
- • Nice-to-have: familiarity with integration concepts (REST, SOAP, APIs, ETL) and experience selling to IT, Operations, or Digital Transformation stakeholders.
