  • • Be the first point of contact for future Task Buddie clients and own the top-of-funnel engine that powers our rapid growth. You will research, engage, and qualify prospects across North America, turning cold leads into warm opportunities for our account-executive team.
  • • Own a targeted list of accounts each quarter and build personalized outreach campaigns that cut through the noise. Using phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and creative touches, you will craft messages that speak directly to a prospect’s pain points and demonstrate how Task Buddie solves them.
  • • Run 40-60 high-quality touches per day while maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene. Every call, email, and social interaction will be logged in HubSpot with next-step tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and leadership has real-time visibility into pipeline health.
  • • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our BANT criteria in 10-minute discovery calls. You will uncover budget, authority, need, and timeline, then seamlessly schedule deeper demos with our closers—delivering a concise hand-off that sets the next stage up for success.
  • • Collaborate weekly with sales, marketing, and product leadership to iterate messaging, share market feedback, and refine our ICP. Your frontline insights will directly influence campaign copy, product roadmap priorities, and pricing strategy.
  • • Track and exceed monthly KPIs: 60+ qualified meetings set, 80% show-rate, 35% SQL-to-opportunity conversion, and <24-hour lead response time. We celebrate wins publicly in Slack and reward top performers with spot bonuses and President’s Club trips.
  • • Master our tech stack—HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Slack—so you can work smarter, not harder. We provide licenses, SOPs, and peer mentors to shorten your ramp to full productivity within 30 days.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation. A/B test subject lines, call openers, and cadence timing; share results in our weekly "Growth Lab" meeting. We believe small, data-driven tweaks compound into breakthrough performance.
  • • Serve as the voice of Task Buddie at virtual conferences, webinars, and industry forums. You will occasionally co-host events with marketing to generate net-new leads and nurture existing prospects.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of outbound sales, SDR, or client-engagement experience OR a demonstrated record of success in a goal-driven environment (athletics, fundraising, military, etc.)
  • • Relentless curiosity and ability to hold persuasive conversations with C-suite and VP-level prospects
  • • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM data hygiene; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • • High-speed internet, reliable laptop, and a quiet workspace conducive to video calls
