  • • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Core Cashless, you will be at the forefront of revenue generation, personally owning the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals within the dynamic entertainment industry.
  • • This role is meticulously crafted for a highly autonomous and driven sales professional who possesses a deep-seated, existing network within the attractions and entertainment sector, coupled with a disciplined outbound prospecting strategy.
  • • You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance your sales workflows, personalize outreach at scale, and maintain authenticity and relevance in every interaction.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end revenue generation, encompassing outbound prospecting, meticulous pipeline creation, skillful deal execution, and successful closing across a diverse range of entertainment venues.
  • • This includes direct engagement with key decision-makers such as owners, executives, General Managers (GMs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) at amusement parks, waterparks, family entertainment centers, arcades, and various events and attractions.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships, understanding client pain points deeply, and establishing long-term trust to drive business growth.
  • • A significant aspect of your role involves maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene and actively managing your pipeline, utilizing AI-driven insights to contribute to accurate and predictive forecasting.
  • • You are expected to regularly present your sales performance insights and pipeline analytics to the executive team, demonstrating a clear understanding of business metrics and strategic direction.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the customer success and leadership teams to provide valuable feedback that informs product positioning, pricing strategies, and overall customer experience enhancements.
