As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and introducing them to our cutting-edge AI-powered asset platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a company backed by visionary founders of industry-defining businesses like Celonis, UiPath, Personio, and Forto, and supported by leading investors such as Earlybird, Speedinvest, Oxx, Acton, and Fly Ventures. You will be instrumental in helping industrial companies overcome critical challenges including labor shortages, increasing asset complexity, and intense global competitive pressures.
- • Your core responsibility will be to build and nurture our sales pipeline, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads for our Account Executives. You will proactively identify potential customers, engage them with compelling outreach, and meticulously qualify their needs and fit with our solution. This involves understanding their operational challenges and demonstrating how remberg's intelligent asset platform can deliver significant value, optimize their industrial operations, and drive tangible improvements.
- • You will collaborate closely with a high-performing team, including the Team Lead Sales Development, Head of Go-To-Market, and experienced Account Executives. This collaborative environment, coupled with a structured onboarding process, will provide you with the foundational knowledge and support needed to excel. 🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent German language skills (C2 level, written and spoken).
- • Good English language skills (B2 level, written and spoken).
- • Initial professional experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., internships in sales, customer service, HR, event management).
- • High resilience, strong drive, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with prospects.
