  • • **Introduce Mews to Prospects**: Deliver high-level presentations and demonstrations of Mews’ property management solution to potential clients, highlighting its unique value proposition in the hospitality industry.
  • • **Generate Leads Through Cold Outreach**: Proactively contact prospects via cold calls and emails, leveraging your fluency in French and English to build rapport and qualify leads effectively.
  • • **Qualify and Nurture Leads**: Evaluate leads from website enquiries and marketing campaigns, assessing their fit for Mews’ solutions and nurturing them into sales opportunities.
  • • **Understand Client Needs**: Identify and qualify client pain points, tailoring your approach to suggest the most appropriate Mews products or services to address their specific challenges.
  • • **Build Long-Term Relationships**: Foster trust and credibility with clients, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor who understands their business needs and can guide them toward innovative solutions.
  • • **Collaborate with Sales Teams**: Drive and organize meetings between prospects and the Sales team, ensuring seamless handoffs and alignment on client expectations.
  • • **Stay Informed and Adaptable**: Keep up-to-date with Mews’ latest products, services, pricing, and payment plans to provide accurate and compelling information to prospects.
  • • **Report on Performance**: Track and report on your weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and results to the Business Development Manager, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
