- • Build and maintain relationships with CDW account managers and HPE Networking Partner Account Managers to expand revenue and pipeline opportunities.
- • Maintain awareness of CDW’s priorities, programs, and internal processes to accelerate deal cycles and align vendor initiatives.
- • Collaborate with HPE Networking to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives targeting the CDW business.
- • Support partner enablement by conducting vendor training and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on HPE Networking products and programs.
- • Track, manage, and qualify vendor pipeline opportunities, moving leads through the sales cycle from identification to closure.
- • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, accurate reporting, and alignment on vendor-related activities.
- • Act as the primary SME for HPE Networking offerings, providing product and program guidance to the sales organization.
- • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve pipeline performance.
- • Conduct customer consultations and deliver vendor training sessions to enhance partner knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- • Attend industry-specific business training and relevant industry events as needed to stay current on market trends and product developments.
- • Deliver timely and accurate support for CDW pipeline and partner requests with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand the CDW business through relationship expansion beyond primary contacts.
- • Serve as a reliable, responsive partner to the TD SYNNEX HPE Networking team by maintaining high responsiveness and accountability.
- • Uphold organizational standards for confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions.
- • Adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- • Work in a professional remote environment or office setting as required.
- • Willingness to work non-standard hours or overtime occasionally to meet business needs.
- • Maintain strong organizational and time management skills to ensure consistent task completion and deadline adherence.
