  • • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Semperis, you will be the tip of the spear for sales efforts, driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources and contributing to the company’s rapid expansion in the cybersecurity market.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing targeted prospect lists, qualifying leads using established frameworks, conducting lead generation activities per the sales development playbook, communicating Semperis’ value proposition to IT professionals, partnering with Account Executives to develop your territory, consistently meeting quotas, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach, and providing detailed feedback on prospect interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of B2B technology sales, business development, or inside sales experience
  • • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • • Fluent Italian language proficiency (mandatory)
  • • Strong English language skills
  • • Personal or professional experience in Italian-speaking countries or the EMEA region
  • • Desire to learn and grow within a sales organization
