- • As a Business Development Representative at TheFork (part of Tripadvisor Group), you will drive growth by acquiring new restaurant partners across London and beyond, directly contributing to the expansion of Europe’s leading restaurant booking platform.
- • Your day-to-day activities will involve proactively contacting restaurant owners and managers through cold calls, walk-in visits, and scheduled meetings to present and sell TheFork’s suite of products, including promotions, booking widgets, marketing solutions, and the TheFork Manager tool.
- • You will engage prospects by educating them on the value of TheFork’s network and technology, guiding them through the onboarding process until their restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate platforms.
- • You will join a diverse, people-first team rooted in values of respect, ownership, growth, and collaboration, working within an international environment spanning 10 European offices, where innovation and passion for the restaurant industry fuel continuous learning and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a business development representative, preferably in B2B and within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to influence, convince, and engage stakeholders, particularly restaurant owners and managers.
- • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach, consistently meeting and exceeding targets in fast-paced, independent work environments.
- • Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing short-term negotiations and sales cycles.
- • Genuine enthusiasm for food, technology, and making a tangible impact in the restaurant industry.
