- • As a Business Development Representative at Optro Inc., you will partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities within an assigned territory, playing a critical role in fueling the company’s continued expansion as a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform.
- • Day to day, you will make ~40-50+ outbound phone calls and 60+ outbound emails daily, leverage sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and UserGems to build and manage pipeline, manage named accounts, own your territory, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, and support marketing efforts through demand generation campaigns.

- • In this role, you will develop foundational SaaS sales skills, gain experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline management, receive coaching and feedback for professional growth, and have clear pathways for advancement within the revenue organization based on performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is required
- • 1+ years of prior inbound/outbound sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment is required
- • Demonstrated cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting skills is required
- • Must be located in Central and West Coast time zones
- • Be confident using platforms like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Outreach (training provided)
- • Be committed to lifelong learning and continuous development personally and professionally
