  • • Be the spark that ignites growth for Jitterbit. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, acting as the first human touchpoint for thousands of prospects who need to modernize their integration and automation strategy. Every conversation you start has the potential to evolve into a multi-year partnership that reshapes how a company operates.
  • • Master the art of consultative outreach. Within your first 30 days you will absorb Jitterbit’s value proposition, sales methodology, and tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). You will then translate that knowledge into crisp, tailored messaging that speaks directly to each prospect’s pain points—whether they are drowning in manual data entry, struggling to connect legacy systems, or racing to launch new digital products.
  • • Own a personal pipeline of 150–200 net-new accounts per quarter. You will research each organization, map stakeholders, and craft multi-touch sequences that combine email, phone, and social touches. Your goal is not just to book meetings, but to surface real initiatives where Jitterbit’s hyper-automation platform can deliver measurable ROI.
  • • Generate 25–30 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) every month. You will qualify opportunities using BANT criteria, document findings in Salesforce, and hand off rich context to Account Executives so they can hit the ground running. Consistently exceeding this number will fast-track you into promotion paths such as Senior BDR, Team Lead, or direct transition to an AE role.
  • • Collaborate daily with Marketing to refine Ideal Customer Profiles, provide feedback on campaign performance, and suggest new content angles based on field intelligence. You will also partner with Sales Engineers to run discovery calls when technical depth is required, sharpening your own technical fluency along the way.
  • • Act as the voice of the prospect inside Jitterbit. After every call you will log objections, competitive mentions, and feature requests in a shared “Voice of Market” dashboard. These insights directly influence product roadmap decisions and marketing messaging, giving you a tangible impact beyond pipeline generation.
  • • Continuously level up. Weekly 1:1s with your BDR Manager, monthly call clinics, and quarterly certifications on new product releases ensure you stay ahead of the curve. High performers are invited to present best-practice plays at regional SKOs and are sponsored for industry conferences like SaaStr and INBOUND.
  • • Embrace a metrics-driven culture. You will track open rates, connect rates, conversion rates, and pipeline sourced in real time, iterating scripts and sequences weekly. Transparency is key—team dashboards celebrate wins and surface blockers so everyone can learn together.
  • • Work 100 % remote from anywhere in the U.S. while staying tightly connected through Slack huddles, Zoom stand-ups, and virtual deal reviews.
