- • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth, insight-based discovery conversations that challenge prospects' current thinking and effectively position innovative solutions. A deep understanding of real-world business challenges, particularly within healthcare technology, AI/SaaS platforms, and broader B2B tech industries, will be crucial. Your ownership extends from initial research and lead identification through to the qualification and handover of opportunities to the sales team, ensuring a consistent pipeline that directly contributes to achieving revenue targets.
- • **Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting (30%):** Your day-to-day will involve identifying and qualifying potential clients through meticulous research, proactive outbound calls, targeted LinkedIn outreach, and strategic email campaigns. You will delve into target organizations across diverse sectors including healthcare, finance, logistics, and B2B SaaS, pinpointing key decision-makers and adeptly navigating gatekeepers to adapt your outreach strategies in real-time. Your approach will be characterized by curiosity and insight, employing smart, consultative questions designed to make prospects reconsider their current approaches. Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and referral networks, you will systematically build a pipeline of qualified leads. This involves thorough research into potential customers, their industries, and emerging market opportunities, initiating strategic outreach to high-value targets, and consistently meeting performance expectations, such as 100 dials and 100 personalized emails per day.
- • **Client Engagement & Discovery Conversations (25%):** Engaging prospects with a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and a consultative communication style is paramount. You will conduct detailed discovery conversations, aiming for approximately 20 meaningful interactions per day with prospects, to uncover their specific needs, pain points, and workflow challenges. Effectively positioning solutions requires active listening and the ability to adapt your messaging dynamically. A key aspect of this role involves understanding the nuances of healthcare operations, the pervasive issues of burnout, and articulating how our solutions provide tangible value in addressing real-world business challenges. You will drive conversations that are not only insightful but also demonstrate a strong grasp of business principles, asking thoughtful, unexpected questions that set you apart from competitors. The goal is to achieve at least 5 meaningful conversations daily with decision-makers or key influencers.
- • **Appointment Setting & Relationship Building (20%):** A core function is scheduling qualified meetings by establishing credibility and trust, with a target of consistently setting 2-3 qualified meetings per day. This requires persistence, meticulous organization, and diligent tracking of follow-ups and priorities. You will balance assertiveness with empathy, focusing on building trust rather than applying undue pressure. Through personalized follow-ups, you will guide potential customers through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team with comprehensive context and qualification notes. When appropriate, you may conduct product demos and presentations, effectively highlighting the value proposition and addressing concerns or objections with strategic responses that advance the sales process. Nurturing relationships over time for prospects not yet ready to engage is also a key responsibility.
- • **Negotiation & Deal Progression (15%):** You will navigate complex B2B sales cycles with strategic thinking and sound business judgment. Handling objections professionally through active listening and consultative problem-solving is essential. Your role involves negotiating and progressing deals towards qualified meetings or initial closures. Close collaboration with the sales team is required to achieve overarching revenue targets and business objectives. You will support the end-to-end sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction during the qualification and initial engagement phases, and clearly articulating ROI to position products as effective solutions.
- • **CRM Management, Data Tracking & Process Improvement (10%):** Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities and conversations within CRM systems (such as Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce) is critical. You will track and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Staying abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments will help identify new opportunities. Partnering with marketing teams to enhance messaging and campaign alignment, and sharing market insights to support sales strategy development are also key. Rapid learning is expected, including absorbing healthcare terminology, technical concepts, and industry context quickly, while contributing to the continuous improvement of outbound processes and playbooks.
