- • As a Business Development Representative (Sales) based in Messina, you will drive growth by acquiring new restaurant partners for Deliveroo, directly contributing to the company’s expansion in the region.
- • Your day-to-day will involve mapping and prospecting new restaurant opportunities, presenting Deliveroo’s value proposition, negotiating partnerships, onboarding new restaurants, and supporting them through the integration process via in-person visits, calls, emails, and social media.
- • You will join Deliveroo’s regional sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Lead, working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on transforming how people experience food delivery.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B sales, restaurant industry dynamics, and partnership management, gaining hands-on experience in market expansion, client acquisition, and consultative selling while building a strong foundation for a career in sales or business development.

- • Comfortable pursuing new business opportunities with prior sales experience
- • Confident in managing client/partner relationships via in-person, phone, or email communication
- • Experienced in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to customers
- • Skilled in negotiations and comfortable navigating objections or hesitations from restaurant owners/managers
- • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant advantage
- • Tenacious, determined, and results-driven mindset
🏖️ Benefits
- • National Collective Agreement (CCNL Commercio e Terziario) with Classification Level 4
- • Competitive total target compensation (OTE) of €35,200 – €44,000 gross per year, including base salary range of €17,200 – €26,000
- • Opportunity for contract conversion from fixed-term (1 year) to indefinite-term based on performance
