📋 Description
- • This Business Development Representative role supports U.S.-based clients by generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting, including LinkedIn outreach and cold calling, to build a steady pipeline for the sales team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting cold calls and LinkedIn outreach, identifying potential clients, assessing interest through needs analysis, scheduling qualified meetings, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback on outreach strategies.
- • The role is fully remote with required availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST), supporting clients in a fast-paced tech sales environment focused on consistent pipeline growth and lead conversion.
- • The person in this role will gain hands-on experience in sales development, improve prospecting and qualification skills, deepen CRM proficiency, and contribute directly to business growth while working closely with a sales team in a performance-driven environment.
