- • Execute and oversee daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Real Wallet program, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- • Perform manual operational tasks including updating reports, reconciling data across multiple systems, and managing data transfers to maintain system integrity and consistency.
- • Act as a key point of contact for identifying and resolving data discrepancies between systems, taking corrective actions as defined in established SOPs.
- • Assist in maintaining up-to-date program reports and dashboards by ensuring accurate data inputs and timely updates.
- • Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams including product, engineering, finance, and support to address operational issues and enable seamless cross-functional workflow.
- • Proactively identify potential issues or inefficiencies in existing processes and escalate them with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- • Collaborate effectively with a manager based in the USA, maintaining clear, timely communication during overlapping working hours (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST).
- • Document and refine existing SOPs to enhance clarity, reduce ambiguity, and improve process efficiency.
- • Explore and implement automation scripts or tools to reduce manual effort on repetitive operational tasks, contributing to long-term scalability.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks due to the legal and regulatory nature of financial products within the Real Wallet program.
- • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by independently following procedures while also seeking opportunities to optimize workflows.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may shift frequently and processes are still evolving.
- • Utilize advanced skills in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for complex data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- • Apply basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Python, SQL) to support data tasks and process enhancements.
- • Leverage familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Metabase, Looker) to build and maintain operational dashboards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, or a quantitative discipline
- • 1-3 years of experience in an operations-heavy role, preferably within fintech, financial services, or payments industry
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
- • Ability to work remotely in India with availability to overlap with U.S. hours (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST)
- • Must be an Indian citizen
- • Must be able to join within 45 days of offer
