- • As a Business Operations Analyst I at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a key role in supporting process improvements and system changes by collaborating with peers and management to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the company’s mission to deliver premier title and real estate services.
- • Day to day, you will identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in business processes; facilitate meetings to design practical solutions; develop and refine processes that align with core business objectives; follow established procedures to complete routine tasks; apply basic problem-solving techniques to address straightforward issues; communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders; and perform additional duties as assigned by management under direct supervision.
