- • Support the ongoing maintenance of the Healthy Blue Care Together Compliance Program by ensuring alignment with North Carolina Medicaid regulatory and contractual requirements.
- • Maintain and organize documentation for compliance program activities, including policies, procedures, and program records.
- • Assist in developing, updating, and standardizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance-related processes.
- • Support change management initiatives to improve business processes and enhance departmental/divisional effectiveness.
- • Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned, including review and evaluation of best or next practice opportunities for potential adoption.
- • Track and monitor internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
- • Maintain accurate logs of compliance issues, findings, and corrective action plans (CAPs), and follow up with business owners to ensure timely resolution.
- • Consolidate and standardize data analysis and reporting for business operations, including collection and interpretation of key performance metrics (KPIs).
- • Track progress toward operational goals using data-driven insights and maintain a centralized repository of regulatory guidance and compliance requirements.
- • Partner with business units, legal teams, and operational stakeholders to gather compliance-related information and support cross-functional initiatives.
- • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for external meetings, regulatory engagements, and stakeholder reviews.
- • Aid in the management of vendor relationships as required by business operations needs.
- • Work in a Remote Flex capacity, with virtual work as the primary mode and a few in-office visits per year for meaningful in-person connections.
- • Operate within a hybrid-flex framework that prioritizes intentional collaboration while offering remote work flexibility for eligible roles.
- • Contribute to a workplace culture focused on community impact, compliance excellence, and operational efficiency within the North Carolina Medicaid ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required); or 3+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
- • 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with ability to manage multiple compliance and operational tasks
