📋 Description

• The Business Operations Director at HackerOne is a strategic execution partner who structures complex, ambiguous problems from first principles and drives measurable outcomes, serving as a force multiplier across the business by transforming strategy into sustained execution.
• Day to day, the role involves applying first principles problem solving to deconstruct strategic and operational challenges, driving an AI-first approach to redesign workflows, embedding data-driven decision making into executive planning, leading cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring peers on strategic frameworks and systems thinking.
• HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), uniting agentic AI with the world’s largest community of security researchers to continuously discover, validate, prioritize, and remediate exposures across code, cloud, and AI systems, trusted by industry leaders including Anthropic, Goldman Sachs, Uber, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
• The person in this role can learn to design scalable operating models and AI-powered systems, gain deep exposure to executive-level strategic planning in a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environment, and develop expertise in organizational effectiveness, change agility, and enterprise-wide transformation while working with top-tier clients and cutting-edge security technology.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or transformation within enterprise B2B technology organizations
• Demonstrated success leading highly ambiguous, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and influencing executive decision-making without formal authority
• Proven experience designing scalable operating models, governance mechanisms, or business systems that produced measurable organizational impact
• Deep analytical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights, strategic recommendations, and durable business decisions
• Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to redesign workflows, improve organizational effectiveness, and scale business operations
