đź“‹ Description
- • Business Operations Lead at BrainCo Inc., an applied AI startup building AI applications for governments, healthcare systems, and critical institutions, where you will build and run the systems powering internal and go-to-market operations to keep the company moving fast.
- • Day to day, you will own internal operations like procurement, onboarding, and vendor management; build and improve go-to-market systems with engineering; set up deal processes with cross-functional teams; partner with finance and engineering on reporting and forecasting; replace ad-hoc workarounds with durable systems; identify scaling opportunities before bottlenecks; and make company goals legible to align team efforts.
- • BrainCo is an applied AI startup co-founded by Jared Kushner and Elad Gil, backed by Patrick Collison and Andrej Karpathy, with a team of 70+ AI experts from Tesla, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, and Databricks, having raised a $55M Series A and delivered impact like 80% faster construction permitting and 30% lower supply chain costs.
- • In this role, you will achieve ownership of foundational operational systems, develop judgment and trajectory in scaling a high-growth AI startup, build infrastructure that supports real-world impact in government and healthcare, and grow into a leader who shapes how essential services operate through AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10-12+ years in Business and/or GTM operations, revenue operations, BizOps, or strategy and operations, with experience building foundations, operating independently, and holding a high standard
- • Understanding of how a go-to-market motion runs including pipeline, enablement, deal flow, with past experience building systems and infrastructure that make it faster and more consistent
- • Ability to design and build processes, with a clear sense of how a company should operate as it scales
- • Ability to work across internal ops, GTM, product, and engineering, and add value quickly without deep domain ramp-up
- • Ability to design how something should work while also diving into the weeds to stand up the system itself. Low ego, high standards, bias for action
- • Comfort with ambiguity and experience in going from 0 to 1 effectively, bringing structure to undefined problems and building from nothing without waiting for a playbook
- • Analytical fluency: comfort with metrics, systems, and data; able to distill complexity into clarity and build processes others can follow
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation including salary, equity, and performance incentives
- • Opportunity to work with an applied AI startup backed by leading Silicon Valley builders like Patrick Collison and Andrej Karpathy
- • Chance to build systems that power real-world impact in government, healthcare, and critical industries
- • Hybrid work model (3 days/week in office) in the San Francisco Bay Area with relocation support
- • Join a team of 70+ AI experts from Tesla, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, and Databricks
- • Direct contribution to modernizing essential services through frontier AI applications
