• • We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Business Operations & Strategy professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for scaling the foundational systems and processes that underpin Stedi's rapid expansion. You will operate at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations, working directly with senior leadership across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Recruiting to drive efficiency and reliability.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum, from developing and implementing sophisticated tooling and integrations to conducting in-depth financial analysis and managing critical documentation. We are looking for an individual who can not only conceptualize improvements but also execute them, building durable workflows, robust integrations, and essential tooling that accelerate company operations and enhance reliability.
• • You will partner closely with the Head of Finance & Operations to identify and prioritize Stedi's most impactful opportunities. This involves defining clear objectives for improvement, designing innovative solutions, and personally delivering on these initiatives. This is not a passive project management position; it demands end-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems, the creation of scalable processes, and the development of practical, usable tools that shape Stedi's future.
• • Key activities include designing and building custom tools, automation scripts, and system integrations to transform manual, bespoke tasks into efficient, reusable workflows. Examples include developing ROI and margin calculators, pricing and packaging optimization tools, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) flows, and comprehensive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) dashboards.
• • You will be instrumental in mapping, analyzing, and continuously improving data flows and operational processes across Stedi's core business systems, including ERP, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and FP&A platforms. This involves ensuring seamless data exchange and process integrity.
• • A significant aspect of the role involves building and deploying AI-enabled workflows to enhance operational speed and accuracy. This could include AI support for contract review, intelligent triage for deal desk operations, and advanced data validation mechanisms, all while maintaining stringent security and control standards.
• • You will develop and deploy solution-grade analytics, ranging from detailed spreadsheet models and ad-hoc analyses to robust dashboards, data models, and data pipelines, providing critical insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• • Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive, full-context documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data flow diagrams, and system configurations. This ensures that changes are auditable, repeatable, and knowledge is retained within the organization, preventing reliance on individual expertise.
