📋 Description

• As a Business Operations & Strategy professional at Ataraxis AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory by partnering directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO to drive financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making in a mission-driven AI precision medicine organization.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks; evaluating build-vs-buy decisions through market and financial analysis; identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks; leading cross-functional special projects from concept to execution; and taking ownership of the company’s highest-priority operational challenges as the business scales.
• You will join a flat, high-impact team at the forefront of healthcare AI innovation, working alongside leading AI researchers, medical doctors, and industry veterans, with advisors including Yann LeCun and top oncologists from premier cancer research institutions.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic finance, operational scaling, and data-driven decision-making within a high-growth AI startup, while contributing directly to Ataraxis’s mission to impact 50% of new cancer cases by 2030 through its AI-native oncology platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, investment banking, or other analytical/strategy roles
• Advanced Excel skills; financial modeling is second nature
• Comfortable building dashboards and doing lightweight data analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping anything
• Clear, concise written communicator; can produce a clean report or memo with minimal editing
• Thrives in ambiguity; can take an unclear ask and turn it into a finished work product with minimal hand-holding
