📋 Description

• Business Partnership Manager (Fiat) at Binance Holdings Limited is a strategic role focused on driving growth and adoption of Binance’s fiat on-ramp and off-ramp solutions across Asia, enabling seamless access to cryptocurrency for users through traditional banking and payment channels.
• The role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with banks, payment processors, fintechs, and financial institutions to expand fiat currency support, improve transaction success rates, and enhance user experience in local markets.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to understand regional payment preferences, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, drafting and reviewing partnership agreements, coordinating with product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment, and monitoring partnership performance through KPIs such as volume, conversion rates, and settlement times.
• Binance operates as a global blockchain ecosystem powering the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, serving over 300 million users across 100+ countries with a mission to increase financial freedom and accessibility through innovative digital asset solutions.
• The Business Partnership Manager will work within a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative team that values initiative, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both traditional finance and emerging Web3 technologies.
• In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in global payment systems, fintech partnerships, and regulatory frameworks across Asian markets, while developing strategic negotiation and stakeholder management skills that are critical for scaling crypto adoption in traditional financial ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or banking/payments industry, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of fiat payment systems, including bank transfers, card processing, e-wallets, and local payment methods across Asian markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders in financial institutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to drive partnership initiatives from inception to execution.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese) is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
