- • As a Business Process Consultant - ServiceNow at SHI International Corp., you will serve as the critical bridge between client business needs and ServiceNow's technical capabilities, analyzing and optimizing workflows to drive digital transformation and maximize platform value.
- • Day to day, you will conduct thorough analyses of clients' existing business processes, facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions, translate business requirements into functional specifications, design process flows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart, identify improvement opportunities, develop detailed documentation, collaborate with technical teams for implementation, provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, support user acceptance testing, and deliver end-user training on new processes and functionality.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in IT service management
- • Proficiency with ServiceNow platform and its core applications (ITSM, CSM, ITBM, etc.)
- • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- • Understanding of workflow automation and integration concepts
- • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools

- • Base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 with on-target earnings of $150,000 - $200,000
