This pivotal role involves the strategic planning, direction, and coordination of complex business processes, from initial problem definition and requirement evaluation through to design, testing, and successful implementation. You will delve deep into the operational objectives, business rules, performance requirements, inherent risks, and control mechanisms of our claims processes, ensuring seamless interactions between dependent processes. Your primary objective will be to minimize failures, eliminate redundancies, and meticulously control process performance to achieve an efficient, effective, and robust design and execution.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic, customer-specific business process programs that are intrinsically aligned with USAA's overarching enterprise strategy. Your expert knowledge of the business will be leveraged to lead the alignment and development of business deliverables, processes, and capabilities, driving material changes that significantly improve business performance.

  • • Staying abreast of emerging technologies is paramount. You will continuously evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to lead continuous process improvement efforts, integrating innovative solutions where appropriate. This includes leading solution development, substantiating business cases with clear benefits, and driving the definition of business requirements for process improvement initiatives.
