• • This role is pivotal in building world-class teams, focusing on areas such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other essential corporate functions. You will be the architect of our talent acquisition strategy for these domains, ensuring we bring in individuals who align with our innovative culture and ambitious growth trajectory.
• • You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for business roles, from the initial intake meeting with hiring managers to define precise role requirements and strategic hiring approaches, through to the meticulous negotiation and closing of offers. This end-to-end ownership ensures a seamless and effective hiring process.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness, streamline recruitment workflows, and empower the team to operate with unparalleled speed and efficiency. • • Proactive sourcing and engagement of high-quality candidates will be a core responsibility. You will employ a multi-channel approach, including direct outreach, cultivating referral networks, and utilizing advanced recruiting platforms to identify and attract both active and passive talent.
• • Building and nurturing robust talent pipelines for key positions within Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other business units is crucial. This forward-thinking approach ensures we are always prepared to meet future hiring demands.
