- • As a Business Recruiter - Americas at Ashby Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market (GTM) teams by owning end-to-end recruitment for critical functions including G&A, Product Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Your work directly impacts Ashby’s ability to hire exceptional talent that drives product innovation and customer success, using the very platform you help improve.
- • Day to day, you will attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for open GTM roles; develop and refine recruitment processes focused on quality of hire; discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels beyond traditional inbound and referrals; collaborate with department leaders and hiring managers to clarify role requirements; leverage data from Ashby’s platform to optimize workflows, reduce bias, and improve hiring outcomes; and balance volume, diversity, and quality to meet aggressive hiring targets in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- • You will join a mission-driven, remote-first talent acquisition team at Ashby, a company trusted by industry leaders like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. With over 4,000 customers, >100% year-over-year ARR growth, low churn, and years of runway, Ashby is building the future of hiring technology while practicing what it preaches—using its own platform to ensure fair, data-driven, and inclusive hiring.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in GTM recruiting within a scaling tech environment, become an advanced user of Ashby’s talent acquisition suite, and contribute to thought leadership through the company’s Recruiting blog and Hiring Excellence Framework. You’ll grow your ability to use data to influence hiring strategy, partner with senior leaders, and build scalable recruitment infrastructure—all while working in a culture that values humility, continuous improvement, and excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record as an expert Go To Market (GTM) Recruiter in G&A, Support, or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS company
- • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to optimize recruitment workflows using metrics to balance diversity, quality, and volume
- • Experience creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate talent pipelines from traditional inbound and referral-dependent models
