We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to act as a critical conduit between our business objectives and our recruiting efforts. This role is pivotal in driving alignment, fostering clarity, and ensuring effective execution across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The primary focus of this position will be on recruiting leadership, cultivating strong stakeholder partnerships, and implementing operational rigor. A significant portion of your time, approximately 20-30%, will involve hands-on recruiting to maintain a deep understanding of the work, the market, and the talent landscape.
- • This is an ideal position for an individual who excels at orchestration, possesses strong influencing capabilities, and is adept at building scalable recruiting systems, while also being willing and able to roll up their sleeves and contribute directly when necessary. You will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategy for the GTM function, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to fuel our rapid growth.
- • Key responsibilities will include serving as the primary recruiting liaison to GTM leadership, ensuring a seamless and tight alignment between overarching business priorities, strategic hiring plans, and the tactical execution of recruiting initiatives. You will be responsible for driving continuous alignment across the GTM organization, empowering leaders to make well-informed decisions regarding prioritization, sequencing of hires, and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will lead the recruiting strategy and delivery at the organizational level, effectively translating high-level business goals into actionable recruiting plans, realistic timelines, and clear expectations for all stakeholders.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves managing and developing a team of recruiters, including both full-time employees and contingent workers. This includes setting clear direction, providing consistent coaching to enhance performance, and ensuring that team capacity is strategically aligned with the highest-impact work. You will also be expected to step in and personally own or support select high-priority searches, particularly those involving complex or critical roles, dedicating approximately 20-30% of your time to these hands-on recruiting activities. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders is paramount; you will be responsible for proactively surfacing potential risks, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and driving decisive action as Harvey continues its rapid scaling trajectory.
