- • The Business Retention Representative (RBAR) plays a vital role in maintaining and growing Cable One’s business customer base by retaining existing clients and preventing service cancellations. This role directly contributes to company revenue stability and customer satisfaction by ensuring business clients continue to see value in their voice, broadband, and related services.
- • Day to day, the representative will engage with small and medium-sized business customers who call to reduce or cancel services, using problem-solving techniques to address concerns, renew contracts, and identify opportunities to upsell Sparklight’s digital, high-speed data, and phone services. They will follow up with customers to confirm resolutions, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and document interactions to support retention efforts.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
- • Prior sales experience preferred
- • Ability to work independently and in a team environment; detail-oriented and self-motivated
