- • As a Provider Growth Account Executive at Chamber Cardio, Inc., you will drive the expansion of our network by owning and closing partnerships with cardiology practices in a defined territory, directly contributing to our mission of transforming cardiovascular care through value-based models.
- • You will manage a targeted account list, build and execute territory strategies, generate your own pipeline through proactive outreach and in-person engagement, and maintain rigorous CRM discipline to ensure forecasting accuracy and pipeline velocity.
- • You will engage cardiologists, practice owners, administrators, and stakeholders from private equity or hospital-aligned entities, articulating the clinical, operational, and financial value of our platform while navigating complex decision-making structures.
- • You will partner with Marketing and Growth Ops to refine messaging and lead flow, contribute to shaping our sales playbook, and embody a builder mindset by adapting quickly to evolving product and market conditions in an early-stage environment.
- • In your first 90 days, you will establish trusted relationships with key practice leaders, execute full-cycle discovery processes that yield compelling proposals, close initial contracts representing meaningful patient volume, and establish a consistent sales cadence that sets the foundation for long-term success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10+ years of healthcare sales experience selling to physician groups or provider executives
- • Proven quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales environments
- • Experience selling into provider practices, with specialty experience preferred
- • Demonstrated ability to evangelize a new category or unfamiliar business model, not just sell established offerings
- • Strong financial and operational acumen to credibly articulate ROI and value-based care economics
- • High EQ, executive presence, and the ability to build clinical credibility quickly
- • Builder mindset: comfort operating without heavy enablement or established playbooks
- • Hunger, accountability, and a numbers-driven motivation to win
- • Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent in-person travel
- • Knowledge of value-based care or cardiology preferred, with a strong willingness to learn required
