- • As a Regional Sales Director at Garner Health, you will drive revenue growth by owning sales responsibilities for the company's fully and self-insured healthcare products within the 500-5,000 life segment in the Minnesota market, directly contributing to Garner’s mission of transforming the healthcare economy through data-driven, high-quality, and affordable care.
- • Your day-to-day activities will include managing and expanding existing broker partnerships with benefits brokers, consultants, and general agents; developing infrastructure and processes to track the fully insured sales pipeline; collaborating with other Regional Directors and Sales Account Executives in Minnesota to strengthen in-market support and broker relationships based on assigned broker house territories; and presenting Garner’s value proposition to external stakeholders to secure new business.
