- • As a Territory Account Manager at EquipmentShare, you will drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and managing sales strategies within a defined geographic territory in Lewiston, ME. This role is critical to EquipmentShare’s mission of transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and exceptional service, directly contributing to the company’s vision of building something never built before.
- • Day to day, you will manage territory sales execution including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline development, and contract negotiation; respond to inbound leads using CRM systems; develop new business by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals; maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction; resolve customer inquiries and complaints; conduct sales presentations; develop new sales strategies to increase market share; and support job site activities with on-site and remote involvement, including assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success in B2B sales
- • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and continuously learn new products and services
- • Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven mindset with ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- • Experience in heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) is preferred but not required
