- • As a Senior Business Solution Analyst at Prime Therapeutics, you will serve as a critical liaison between business operations, technology teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to analyze and translate complex business needs into actionable requirements that drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and compliance solutions in the specialty pharmacy and PBM space.
- • You will independently lead medium-sized projects or contribute as a key member of larger, complex initiatives, ensuring superior customer and client experiences by defining scope, validating needs, managing requirements traceability, and adhering to Prime’s Project Lifecycle methodology while supporting specialty fee schedule updates for new-to-market drugs.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct stakeholder analysis, identify subject matter experts, assess capability gaps, define solution scope, plan business analysis activities including user acceptance testing, and facilitate elicitation sessions to ensure alignment across internal and external partners.
- • You will uphold and advance business analysis best practices by participating with leadership and the Center of Excellence to define and implement standardized methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of BA discipline across the organization.
- • You will develop deep expertise in specialty pharmacy operations, fee schedule management, and healthcare industry dynamics while strengthening your technical proficiency in tools like Alteryx and Python, and enhancing your leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- • You will gain exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles, from needs assessment to solution validation, and have the opportunity to mentor others, lead diverse teams, and influence the evolution of business analysis practices within a purpose-driven PBM committed to connecting care beyond profits.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
- • Minimum 5 years of work experience in business analysis or business operations within the specialty pharmacy space
- • Proven ability to define and validate business needs, manage requirements traceability, and adhere to business analysis standards and methodologies such as those outlined in the Prime Project Lifecycle
- • Strong verbal, written communication, facilitation, conflict management, consensus building, problem solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
- • Self-directed with high personal initiative, accountability, and ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail
- • Experience leading and motivating diverse project teams to achieve stated results in fast-paced, changing environments with ambiguity
