Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Business Solutions Architect at Endpoint Clinical Inc., you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative Interactive Response Technology (IRT®) solutions that empower the life sciences industry. Your role is pivotal in translating complex clinical trial protocols into robust, efficient, and compliant IRT systems, ensuring the success of our clients' critical research.
- • You will be the primary liaison between our clients, Project Managers, and our talented technical teams, meticulously gathering, analyzing, and documenting project requirements. This involves deep dives into protocol specifications, understanding the nuances of drug supply chain management, patient dosing strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- • Your core responsibility will be the creation and ongoing management of comprehensive requirements and technical documentation. This documentation serves as the blueprint for our IRT system development, ensuring that every aspect of the system aligns perfectly with the client's protocol and business objectives.
- • You will meticulously translate client needs and protocol intricacies into detailed functional and technical specifications. This includes defining user roles, system workflows, data capture requirements, reporting needs, and integration points with other clinical trial systems.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will proactively identify potential risks and challenges, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- • You will engage directly with clients to understand their unique challenges and strategic goals. This involves conducting requirement-gathering workshops, presenting proposed solutions, and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with our development and QA teams, providing clear guidance and support to ensure the accurate implementation of documented requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in clarifying ambiguities and ensuring a shared understanding of the system's design.
- • You will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of our IRT solutions and documentation processes. This includes identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, incorporate new features, and leverage best practices in IRT system design and implementation.
- • The role demands a strong understanding of clinical trial processes, pharmaceutical supply chain logistics, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA). You will apply this knowledge to design IRT solutions that not only meet current needs but also anticipate future challenges.
- • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed system design documents, user manuals, and training materials, ensuring that clients and internal teams have the resources they need for successful system utilization.
- • Your analytical skills will be critical in evaluating existing systems and identifying areas for enhancement or optimization. You will propose innovative solutions that leverage our PULSE® platform to maximize supply chain efficiency, minimize operational costs, and ensure precise patient dosing.
- • You will contribute to the pre-sales process by assisting in the development of proposals and solution designs for prospective clients, showcasing Endpoint Clinical's capabilities and value proposition.
- • This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a remote, international team environment.
- • You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data captured within the IRT system, which is paramount for clinical trial success and regulatory submissions.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving regulatory landscapes to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.
- • The Business Solutions Architect is a critical bridge between the business needs of clinical trials and the technical execution of our IRT platform, driving client satisfaction and contributing directly to Endpoint Clinical's mission of advancing healthcare through technology.
