- • As a Business System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the intricate requirements of our wealth management operations, translate them into actionable system specifications, and collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of robust and efficient technological solutions.
- • You will be instrumental in driving process improvements and optimizing existing systems to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance within our wealth management platforms. This involves a deep dive into current workflows, identifying pain points, and proposing innovative solutions that align with Qodeworld's strategic objectives.
- • Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough business process analysis, documenting current and future state processes, and identifying opportunities for automation and enhancement. You will be expected to gather and meticulously document business requirements from various stakeholders, including portfolio managers, financial advisors, operations teams, and compliance officers.
- • A significant part of your role will involve translating these business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases that can be effectively understood and implemented by the IT and development teams.
