- • As a Business Systems Analyst I on the Registration and Account Management Team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing enterprise-wide registration and account management capabilities that power the member portal and mobile applications, directly impacting how users securely access and manage their health information.
- • Day to day, you will lead requirements analysis and verification, ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, and verifiable, manage changing requirements by communicating impacts to stakeholders, collaborate with technical and SQA teams to validate solutions, and facilitate Agile delivery by supporting Scrum ceremonies and maintaining backlogs.
- • You will work closely with product owners, developers, and cross-functional partners within a collaborative, Agile environment focused on delivering high-visibility systems like the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform that enables registration, authentication, and password recovery for members, brokers, and employer users.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, gain experience working within SAFe frameworks, strengthen your ability to partner with engineering teams on UI and backend services, and grow your skills in enterprise-scale platform support and Agile delivery practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- • 2 years of experience in Information Technology
- • 1 year of experience with information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Ability to interpret and translate technical or complex concepts into meaningful information for business and technical teams
